Who Are Fellow Members and What Are Their Benefits
A Fellow Member is one of BME’s most experienced and consistently performing expert witnesses. Fellow status is awarded by BME in recognition of a sustained track record of court-compliant reporting, reliable turnaround, and professional standing with instructing parties across a substantial body of medico-legal work. Each Fellow has developed their medico-legal practice through the BME panel and progressed to Fellow Member in acknowledgement of that demonstrated experience – giving instructing parties the assurance of an expert whose competence under CPR Part 35 is evidenced by their record on the panel, not by reputation alone.
The BME Fellows are distinguishable by the ‘blue flash’ on their search results card.
